I would like to create a Fantasy Football type application that allows you to create your ultimate council. It can be a shame sometimes when the candidates in your ward are less then appealing and you only wish you could vote in another ward. We could maybe offer up a prize to the person whose “team” is closest to the actual election results.

I say that I would like to create this, but I am not even sure where to start. Maybe an enthusiastic hacker can come up with something or give me a helping hand.
